A stretch break boosts your mood, increases energy, improves your concentration, and promotes clarity and productivity!

 

Take just 5 minutes for head circles, shoulder rolls, arms reach up, side bends, forward fold, chest opener, and wide leg supported squat.   🙆🏻 🏃🏾 💃🏼
