We are all living organisms and creatures of habit, seeking deeper connections and meaning.  Primal flow is all about connecting into your fundamental natural being.  You will move in primal ways to find new levels of presence in your body, gain awareness of how to use your breath to better support all the different systems in your body, feel into your muscles, fascia, and fluid body in a new way, and improve mobility, strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Themes of self-connection and integration of body and mind are woven throughout the practice for a deeper embodied experience.

A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO ALL THINGS UPSIDE DOWN

  

Curious about turning yourself upside down?  There are endless benefits of going upside every day.  For many people this seems unattainable, but in fact, learning the art of inversions is simple and completely accessible.  Invert Your Body will provide you with systematic conditioning exercises to work towards inversions, such as handstand, headstand, and forearm stand.  The various small steps towards inversions make each new level achievable and exciting.  And, the conditioning exercises tone, lengthen, and heighten body awareness so your fitness abilities increase and you feel more comfortable in your skin. 

REST, RELAX, and FIND YOUR INNER CALM

   

Rest, Relax, and Find Your Inner Calm is all about self-care, nurturing your body, and feeling good!  Through restorative yoga postures, gentle stretching, and supportive relaxation, you will give your body a much needed rest.  Through this practice, you renew and refresh tired and worn muscles, soften and release tension, and allow your mind to quiet to a mellow whisper.  You will be guided through meditation and visualization practices that reduce stress and allow you to experience peace and contentment in the present moment.

LATIN DANCE YOGA FUSION

  

This fun, creative, high energy class will get your heart rate up and boost your mood!  

Flow yoga is combined with dance-inspired movement so you are moving and grooving the entire time.  

Reggaeton, bachata, salsa, and other Latin music will be pumping throughout the experience to get your hips, shoulders, and soul moving easily, fluidly, and happily.
