PHASE ONE: PRE-CLEANSE PREP (2 DAYS)
The Pre-Cleanse is about making the commitment, setting your intentions, shopping for cleanse friendly ingredients, and beginning to ease your body into the full cleanse, mentally, emotionally and physically.
PHASE TWO: CLEANSE (7 DAYS)
During the Cleanse you will follow the simple elimination diet plan and body practices.
PHASE THREE: RE-INTRODUCTION (5 DAYS)
In the Re-Introduction phase you will re-introduce foods back into your diet one by one to identify food sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance diet that best serves your unique body.
You will receive a cleanse manual complete with recipes, meal plans,
cleanse-related activities, and more!

How long is the program?
There are three phases of this program: Phase 1 is Pre-Cleanse, Phase 2 is Cleanse, and Phase 3 is Reintroduction. Generally, the Pre-Cleanse is 2 days, Detox is 7 days, and Transition is 5 days. This is flexible. If you need a customized program, I can design that for you.
Is this program vegan/vegetarian/raw?
The cleanse portion of the program is entirely vegan and contains some raw recipes, although there are several recipes containing poultry, fish and eggs for those that prefer to keep eating animal protein.
Does this program contain any allergens?
The cleanse program is free of soy, dairy, gluten, most meats, nightshades (such as eggplant, bell peppers and tomatoes), dried fruits, citrus, coffee, soda, alcohol, sugars of any kind, and corn. During the re-introduction phase, you can include gluten and dairy.
Is this safe for nursing and pregnancy?
With any diet change, one should always consult their physician. However, this program CAN be used when nursing or pregnant. This program is based on clean eating and does not include anything that would be harmful to new moms or their babies.
